weaselvulture@yahoo.com BioI love television. And I am annoyed by people that think it rots your brain. Sure it does... if you watch completely retarded SHIT. But it enriches your life and makes you awesome if you watch things like HBO.
Some things I really love: exploitation cinema, fucked up cult movies, John Waters, 60's girl bands/bands Phil Spector has produced, studying murderers, David Lynch, a really fucking good book, getting a brand new dvd set, Netflix, my Roku box, animals, people who care about animals and don't think it's stupid to do so, my dogs, my husband, Larry David, HBO, delicious food, fruits and veggies, smoked gouda, Europe, when I have money, musical saws, and homos.
Some things I really hate: homophobes, super conservatives, conservatives who don't know why they are conservative, closeted pot-smokers who pretend that they think marijuana is the devil, idiots who think marijuana is the devil, those who judge me for the amount of television I watch, people who are cruel to animals/ support those cruel to animals (like those who attend dog fights), people who don't wise up and fix their goddamn animals, cooked mushrooms (but not raw!), when things like magazines and movies and celebrities and other "societal" influences make me feel bad about myself when I know very well that I'm a good and worthy person. Oh, and completely illogical people; boy, do they get on my last nerve.
My top shows, subject to change: Twin Peaks, Deadwood, Carnivale, OZ, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Rome... many close seconds, including Arrested Development, Dexter... there are tons, to be honest. Oh, and as far as The Shield goes-- an excellent show, all seven seasons are great, but the finale is so painfully beautiful that I would almost say watch all of it if only for the absolutely perfect final episode. I mean... FUCK that is a great finale.
